  • Lead developer of an in-school web and integrated app using Svelte, Prisma, Supabase and Planetbase. Managed user authentication and authorization, custom data such as images, orders, etc., an automated photo system, a physical photo booth with a student identification system using QR codes and the Wallee and Twint e-commerce and payment systems.
  • Oversaw the management of finances, planning and outward communication with other stakeholders like the student org., teachers and school administration.
  • Improved user experience through simpler and digitized processes. Error-free and most user-friendly yearbook for the first time, as confirmed by student surveys. Achieved significant operational efficiencies, reducing staff from over 20 employees to just 4 and significantly reducing working hours compared to previous years.
